This privacy policy explains how Review Dock handles inquiry emails, VALORANT match notes, VOD references, economy questions, review goals, and support records submitted for independent match review services.
Information received
Visitors may send roster context, map names, round numbers, timestamps, review priorities, and captain notes to support@valorant-reviewdock.link. We do not ask for Riot account passwords, authentication codes, private keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, or sensitive unrelated personal information.
Use of information
Information is used to answer inquiries, scope a review service, prepare match-note artifacts, clarify refund or support questions, and maintain basic records. Match notes and VOD references are not sold. If a brief includes unnecessary sensitive data, we may ask for a revised version.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and support records may be kept while a request is active and for a reasonable business period afterward. You may request deletion of nonessential inquiry information by email. Some limited records may remain where needed for refund handling, dispute review, or legal compliance.
