Refund policy
This refund policy explains how Review Dock handles refund requests for independent VALORANT match review services, custom VOD notes, economy reset boards, and captain handoff artifacts.
Before custom work begins
If a review has not been started or delivered, email support@valorant-reviewdock.link with the purchase email, service name, and cancellation reason. We review the status of intake and custom work before confirming the available resolution.
After delivery
Delivered custom material may include timestamp classification, economy boards, retake notes, utility observations, and captain handoffs. Because this work is customized, it may not be fully refundable after delivery. If the delivered material misses the agreed scope, contact support with the specific issue so we can correct it or review a partial refund.
Exclusions
Refunds do not cover VALORANT rank changes, match outcomes, account issues, official game services, tournament decisions, or services not sold by this site. This policy should be read together with the terms page.
